I’ve been coaching grassroots football for 4 years and have been involved with

Hawarden Park since 2025. 

 

I work in elite sport (running) as my day job so my passion for coaching comes from helping young people develop, build confidence and make life long memories.

Player Development First: Winning is fun, but individual growth, and long-term enjoyment are our top priorities.

 Positive Reinforcement: I focus on effort, improvement, and decision-making over the final score.

 Safe Environment: Mistakes are an essential part of learning. Every child should feel safe to try new skills without fear of failure.
